This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Foster and
~thers rif this office on October 31 - November 3, 1989, of activiti~s at
the Dresden Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 arid 3, authorized by NRC
Facili_ty Operating Licenses No. DPR-19, and No; DPR-25, and to. the discussion
of our findings with Mr. E. Eenigenburg and ~thers of your staff at the
conclusion* of the inspection.

the inspection.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and
interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identifi~d duririg the course of this-
inspection.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the-_Commission 1s re~ulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public
Document -Room.
