This refers to the Notice of Violation issued August 20, 1987 as a result
of an inspection conducted August 3-7, 1987.
A reevaluation of this Notice
of Violation determined that 10 CFR 50 Appendix B was inappropriately cited.
The reference to 10 CFR 50.47(b)(8), which requires each licensee to maintain
adequate emergency facilities and equipment to support an emergency response,
will remain in effect~
Enclosed is the revised Notice of Violation and affected text of the report.
The date of the revised violation supersedes its previous date, therefore your
written reply should be s*ubmitted to this office within 30 days of the new
date.
