SEP TOPIC II-4.E, DAM INTEGRITY DRESDEN UNIT 2 By letter dated February 9, 1982, we forwarded our evaluation of SEP Top*1c II-4.E for Dresden Unit 2.

Our evaluation concluded that failure of the Dresden Lock and Dam would not adversely affect the safety of the plant and, therefore, need not be classified as O~tegory 1.

Since we have not received a response regarding thal>evaluation, we are assuming the evaluation is factually correct and we are considering the topic as complete *.
