. GENERIC ISSUES 48, "LCOs FOR CLASS lE VITAL INSTRUMENT BUSES" AND 49, "INTERLOCKS AND LCOs FOR CLASS lE TIE BREAKERS (GENERIC LETTER 91-11) (TAC NOS. M82406 AND M82407)
Your response to Generic Letter (GL) 91-11, dated January 24, 1992, stated that the equipment identified in the GL was lacking the necessary procedural controls.
In your letter dated November 4, 1992, you identified the actions implemented to meet the requirements of GL 91-11.
The staff has reviewed these corrective actions and determined that th~ revision or establishment of limiting conditions for operation and surveillance requirements into your Dresden Technical Administrative Requirements administrative control system, as stated in your November response, meets the requirements of GL 91-11 and is, therefore, acceptable.
This letter closes our review of this issue and the corresponding TAC'S.
