This .refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. s. Butler of
this office on December 2 through 6, 1991.
The purpose of this
inipection was tb follow up previously identified deficiencies
that were discussed in Electriqal Distribution System Functional
Inspection Reports No. 50-237/91201 and No. 50-249/91201.
At the
conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with
those members of your st~ff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are id~ntifi~d in the
report.
Within these aieas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in
progress.
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared* to be
in violation of NRC requirements or had deviated from the Dresden
Final.* Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) , as specified in the enclosed
Notices.
Awritten response is required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of this letter, the enclosures, and your response to this
letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
The responses directed* by this letter and the accompanying
Notices ar~ not subject to the.clearance procedures bf the Office
of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
