AND 2 - WITHDR'AWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS.

79995 AND 79996)

By letter dated January 14, 1991, you applied for amendments to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Operating Licenses, Nos.

NPF-14 and NPF-22.

The proposed changes would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to the addition of Isolation Signals for Containment Isolation Valves for CRM panel and Wetwell panel sample lines for both units.

Subsequently, by letter dated August 1, 1991, you withdrew these amendment requests.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
