Electric Station
(SSES),
Salem Township, Pennsylvania.
The inspection
covered
plant operations,
surveillance,
and maintenance
for both units't the con-
clusion of the inspection,
Mr. G.

Barber
summarized
the inspection findings
to Mr. H.
G. Stanley
and other members of your staff.
Based
on the results of this inspection, it appears
that one of your activities
was not in full compliance with NRC rules
and regulations.
Corrective actions
for two previous licensee-identified
failures to make timely event notifications
to
NRC were not effective in preventing another late report during this report
period.
A response
to this violation is required
and should address
the
information specified in Appendix A.
