office on February 3-9,
1990 at the Susquehanna
Steam Electric Station
in
Berwick, Pennsylvania.

the findings
of the inspection with Mr. E. Stanley
and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection
was conducted to review your activities resulting
from the loss
of shutdown cooling which occurred
on February 3,
1990.
