Steam Electric Station covered plant
operations,
surveillance,
maintenance,
open items,
ESF Malkdown, Part
21
reports,
Unit
1 Second Refueling Outage Modifications,
and licensee
events.
During our inspection,
we noted the high degree of planning
and preparation for
the Unit 1 Second Refueling Outage.
The inspector identified one violation
in Surveillance
Testing in that several
in the
system
had not
been
adequately
survei lied.
