EJordan NGrace WRussell By letter dated August 19, 1983 the Pacific Gas 8 Electric Company requested approval of proposed changes to the initial test program for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant in accordance with paragraph 2.C.(3)a of the Diablo Canyon Unit 1 Facility Operating License DPR-76.
We have evaluated the proposed changes and find them acceptable as discussed in the attached Safety Evaluation.
Accordingly, the proposed changes are hereby approved.
