am responding to your letter of July 12, 1990, in which you requested a 90-day extension of time to reply to the Notice of Violation (NOV) that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued to PG&E on June 14, 1990.
Based on the arguments presented in your letter of July 12, 1990, I am extending the time within which you have to respond to the NOV to October 14, 1990.
