DIABLO CANYON PIPEWAY STRUCTURE REVIEW (TAC NO. 59662)
)'he NRC staff and'ts consultant, Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), have reviewed all of'h'e pertinent information related to the seismic analysis of the pipeway structure for Unit 2 of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant prepared by Pacific Gas and Electric Company -(PG&E).
The staff and consultant performed an audit on March 4 and 5, 1987 at the offices of PG&E to confirm the conclusions reported'y PG&E in its report dated April 10, 1986.
Sub-sequent to the audit, on March 16, 1987 PG&E provided a response to the con-sultant's concerns raised during the audit.'ur evaluation concludes that, based on the review of the material provided by PG&E and the audit, the pipeway structure for Unit 2 of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant satisfies the FSAR commitments and is therefore acceptable.
Diablo Canyon Unit 2 license condition 2.C.'(10) is now fully resolved.
