We hereby provide authorization for the waiver ofcopyright restrictions for nonproprietary documents received by the NRC from Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (Report No. MPM-497439 dated April, 1997) entitled, "Analysis ofNine MilePoint Unit 1 Shroud Weld V9 and Weld V10 Cracking", forNine MilePoint Unit 1 (NMP-1). The authorization is provided to the NRC for its own use in licensing activities related to NMP-1 through December, 1997 unless terminated by written notice to the Commission.
