A routine radiological controls inspection
was conducted
on August 6-10,
1990,
at Nine Hile Point Nuclear Station,
Units
1 and Unit 2. The findings of the
inspection
were discussed
with Hr. Firlit at the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection,
one non-cited violation was
identified involving the failure to obtain the approval,
as required
by
procedure,
of the Hanager Radiation Protection or the Supervisor Radiological
Support, prior to allowing individuals to exceed
1.5 rem per calendar quarter.
