We have received your letter dated November 7, 1989, in response to Generic Letter 89-07:
Power Reactor Safeguards Contingency Planning for Surface Vehicle Bombs.
We understand from your response that activities required to address the issues discussed in the Generic Letter have been performed.
Therefore, we consider this action complete for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear
- Station, Units 1 and 2.
Your safeguards contingency procedures and their implementation may, in the
- future, be the subject of an NRC inspection.
