The staff requests that additional information be provided to support our review of your application for amendment of the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Technical Specification dated July 26, 1989.
This information, as identified in the enclosure is needed to enable us to complete our review of the proposed no significant hazards consideration findings.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requiremen'ts of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under PL 96-511.
