of the routine
inspection
conducted
by
a
special
assessment
team
on August 21-25,
1989,
at Nine Mile Point Units
1 and
2, Scriba,
A summary of the findings
was
presented
to Mr. J. Willis
and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
In general,
the
team
found that station
employees
expressed
no reluctance
in
~
reporting
concerns
to
management
and
are
sufficiently
familiar with- the
numerous
mechanisms
available
for reporting
concerns.
In addition,
the
team
identified no evidence of recent
cases
of harassment
and intimidation directed
at employees
who raise safety concerns.
