TOOL AND DIE AND ITS PREDECESSOR (TAC NO. 67459)
By letter dated August 20, 1987, the Commission had requested information regarding the quality of spent fuel racks fabricated by U. S. Tool and Die and its predecessor.
By letter dated October 27, 1987, Niagara Mohawk Corporation (the licensee) responded to our request for information.
Based on our review of the licensee's program to insure rack quality and of the licensee's disposition of deficiencies found during inspection, we found your response acceptable.
All action with respect to TAC No. 67459 is considered complete.
