By letter dated September 1, 1988, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (the licensee) requested a limited exemption for Nine Mile Point Unit 2 from the requirements set forth, in 10 CFR 21.31 for the procurement of replacement parts for the drywe11 and diesel exhaust vacuum, relief valves from GPE Controls of Morton Grove, Illinois.
By letter dated June 27, 1989, the licensee requested to withdraw the exemption request.
The staff accepts the withdrawal.
All action with respect to TAC No. 69563 is considered complete.
