This letter is being sent to invite you to attend a
Power Reactor Operator Licensing Seminar planned by the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),
Region I.
The purpose of the seminar is to discuss recent changes to the format for both the requalification examinations and initial examinations and other topics as indicated on the enclosed agenda.
The seminar will be held on Hay 31, 1989, at.the Valley Forge Convention Center
- complex, North Gulph Road and First Avenue, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
A seminar agenda is enclosed.
When the list of speakers is finalized, we will provide you with an updated agenda.
To assist you in making lodging reservations, a
block of rooms has been reserved at the Radisson Hotel, at the rate of
$63.00 plus tax per night for a
single room.
Reservations should be made directly with the Radisson 215/337-2000 by your staff as soon as possible and not later than May 17,
- 1989, to secure the above rate.
When making reservations, mention that you will be attending the NRC-Power Reactor Operator Licensing Seminar.
Transportation to the Radisson Hotel from the Philadelphia Airport can be accomplished by taking the Liberty Limousine directly to the Radisson Hotel.
A map of the local area is also enclosed for your convenience.
The seminar room is located in the Sheraton Hotel portion of the Valley Forge Convention Center.

Immediately take first exit after toll (Exit 25 VaHey Forge) to First Ave.
FROM ROUTE 202: Take Pot tstown Exit (422 West) to first exit (Bridgeport. Route 23 East). Turn right at first light (Moore Rd.). Turn right at next light (First Ave.) to Hotel and Convention Center.
FROM ROUTE 422 EAST: Take King of Prussia Industrial Park Exit to Hotel and Convention Center.

BYBUS: SEPTA, (215) 574.7800, Route ¹45 bus departs daHy from Center City Phlade1phia at both 16th and JFK Blvd. and at the 29th Street side of30th Street Station. The bus stops at the King of Prussia Shoppmg Plaza and at the Hotel and Convention Center.
BYTRAIN: AMTRAK,(215) 824-1600, provides frequent and regular service from major metropobtan areas throughout the country to PhHaddphia. The train arrives at 30th Street Station. SEPTA bus (tt45) leaves the station every half hour on weekdays. See above.
