- CAbraham, RI On December 22, 1988, the NRC staff met with you and other representatives of Niagara Mohawk in the Region I offices. in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to discuss the Unit 1 Restart Action Plan.
During the meeting representatives of Niagara Mohawk delivered the Plan and provided an over view of the Plan.
The staff is presently reviewing your Restart Action Plan for its responsiveness to Confirmatory Action Letter 88-17 and to the six ma,ior points discussed during the October 18, 1988 meeting; Following our review of the Plan we intend to meet with you and your staff onsite.
The schedule for that meeting wil'I be provided in the near future.
A summary of the meeting is attached to this letter including a copy of your prepared agenda and discussion outline.
