A reactive radiological controls inspection
was conducted
by Hr.
R.
Loesch
and
Hr. A. Weadock
on August 1-5,
1988, at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station,
Units
1
and 2.
The findings of the inspection
were discussed
with Mr. J. Willis.
The inspection
was in response
to an apparent
ingestion of radioactive material
by
a Unit
1 worker,
and
a previous situation where individuals became
locked in
the Unit 2 steam tunnel.
