was sent for action to all holders of operating licenses or construction permits for nuclear power reactors.
On March 28, 1988 you submitted your response for Nine Mile Point, Unit 2 indicating that there are no Westinghouse Series DC circuit breakers used in any applications at Nine Mile Point, Unit 2.
By this letter we acknowledge your response of March 28, 1988 and, on the basis of your
- response, we consider this issue closed for Nine Mile Point, Unit 2.
Please note also that this issue has received a revised TAC number 67692 for Nine Mile Point, Unit 2.
This TAC should be referenced in any future correspondence.
