at the conclusion of the inspection.
As discussed
in the attached
report,
the three
unnecessary
challenges
to
safety
systems
at both units this inspection
period are
examples of operator
inattention to detail.
Continued station
employee
and management
attention is
needed
in this area.
We also want to acknowledge
and encourage
the type of guality Assurance
surveillance activities that identified concerns with the Reactor Building
Closed
Loop Cooling heat exchanger
replacement.
