We have received a copy of your application dated April 30, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification (TS) changes relating to the position of General Superintendent at the Nine Mile Point Station Unit No. 2.
Although the April 30 TS change was requested prior to the issuance of the full power license, it was not included as part of the full power license.
Therefore, the review of this application is subject to fees in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
Your Corporation is requested to remit the required application fee of $ 150 for the April 30 request.
Your Corporation will be billed for any additional review costs for this application.
