the inspec-
tion consisted of selective
examinations of procedures

records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the inspectors.
Within the
scope of this inspection,
no violations were observed.
During this inspection your corrective actions for several
NRC violations were
reviewed.
Two instances
were found where your actions
were not consistent with
your commitments.
