Nine Mile Point Unit 2 INSERTION INSTRUCTIONS The following instructions are for the insertion of material in the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Preservice Inspection Plan.
Remove existing covers/spines and title pages for Volumes 1 and 2 of the Preservice and Inservice Inspection Plan and insert new covers/spines and title pages entitled Preservice Inspection Plan for Nuclear Piping Sys-tems and the Reactor Pressure
- Vessel, Volumes 1 and 2.
Remove existing cover/spine for Volume 3 of the Preservice and Inservice Inspection Plan and insert new cover/spine and title page entitled Inser-vice Testing Plan for Pumps and Valves into previously issued empty bind-er.
(Note:
This new material has no volume number.)
Insert all new material for Sections 1 through 3 and Appendixes A through D.
