FIRST DRAFT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ON NIf'lE tIILE POINT UNIT 2 Enclosed is a copy of the first draft of the Nine flile Point 2 Technical Specifications.
This first draft is based on the November 20, 1984 submittal from f/lr. C. V. llangan and subsequent discussions with members of your staff.
This draft document will be the basis for a meeting at the Nine flile Point 2 site the week of August 5, 1985 to discuss areas where additional information may be required to ensure that the final plant technical specifications are documented in the FSAR as accepted by the SER and reflect the "as-built" plant design.
