Me have received a copy of your appliaation dated Nay 13, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested emergency relief from certain ASNE Code require-ments for the Nine Nile Point Nuclear Station Unit No. 1.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20, 1984, were not remitted with your application.
This revised rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, re-lief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for your May 13 request.-
Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs l'or the review~of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170. 12(c) and 170.21.
