Me have received a copy of your application dated December 13, 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested an extension of the deadline date for environmental qualification of certain electrical equipment for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit No. l.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR t70 were not remitted with your application.
Since your application was filed after the June 20, 1984 effective date of the revision to 10 CFR 170 on fees, it is subject to the provisions of the revised rule.
This rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of fl50 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for your December 13 request.
Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
