He have received a copy of your application dated August 27, 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This'pplication proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to the Containment Leak Test Program for the Nine Hile Point Nuclear Station Unit No. l.
A $160 application fee was remitted with your appli-cation pursuant to 10 CFR 170.
The ONRR staff has informed us that a refund of $160 is appropriate since your August 27 application supplemented and clarified a November 1, 1983 application which revised prefee applications dated Harch 3. 1977 and Harch 21, 1978.
Therefore, we have concurrently authorized the Division of Accounting and Finance to refund $160 to your Corporation.
Refunds are generally processed within a two-week period.
