SUMMARY
OF SITE TOUR AND MEETING AT NINE MILE POINT 2 REACTOR AND AUXILIARYSYSTEMS On August 27 and 28, 1984 the NRC staff met with representatives of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporatio'n (NMPC) and Stone and Webster Engineering Corp.
(SPEC) at the Nine Mile Point 2 site.
The staff toured the reactor and auxiliary systems at the site on August 27.
On August 28 the staff met with NMPC and SWEC to discuss the status of the open, items in the draft SER in the area of Auxiliary Systems.
A summary of that discussion is contained in enclosure 1.

NRC action is to complete the generic review of the BWR Owner's Group recommendations.
NMPC to verify that the FSAR is'onsistent in using 3.6 w/o U-235 enrichment and respond to this open item formally.
