Recent Changes in Nine Mile Point 2 Project Organization In a letter dated January 27, 1984 to Dr. Thomas E. Hurley, NRC Regional Administratior for Region I, you described the recent changes in the Nine Mile Point 2 (NHP-2) project organization and the infusion of MAC (Management Analysis Corporation) into key positions in the organization.
The NMP-2 FSAR should be revised to reflect these changes.
Of particular concern are the guality Assurance and FSAR Chapter 13 revisions.
The management organization structure is integral to the Chapter 17, guality Assurance, review.
Therefore, our draft SER can not be completed for guality Assurance until the FSAR has been revised to reflect the changes in your management organization as appropriate.
Within seven days of receipt of this letter, please provide 'a "schedule for submittal of an FSAR amendment which incorporates the changes discussed above.
