By letter dated September 19, 1983, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff informed your Corporation of their approval of your submittal dated May 2, 1980 as revised July 30, 1982.
This submittal provided a proposed inser-vice inspection program and requested relief from certain ASItE Code in-spection requirements for the Nine Nile Point Nuclear Station Unit No. l.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not remitted with your request.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of'heir final review of your request. it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate since the review invo'Ived consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to this office.
