OF MEETING HELD WITH NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION ON DECEMBER 7, 1983 TO DISCUSS INSTRUt<ENATION AND CONTROLS AT NINE tlILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT 2 On December 7,
- 1983, the NRC staff met with 'representatives from NMPC to discuss instrumentation and control systems.
The request for additional information contained in the October 24, 1983 letter to G.
K. Rhode from A. Schwencer was used as the basis for discussion.
Each of the requests for information were discussed and clarification s were provided where required.
Three meetings were tentatively scheduled during the first quarter of 1984.
These meetings are to be held at the Stone and ttebster Engineering Corporation (SWEC) in Cherry Hill, N. J., the GE offices in San Jose, CA., and Bethesda, Md., respectively.
These meetings will be to discuss applicant response and review drawings and documentation related to the request for information.
A breakdown of the requests for information to-.be discussed at each meeting<
is included in Attachment l.
A list of meeting attendees is included in Attachment 2.
