Use of Paragraph NF-2'I30 of the Summer 1982 Addenda of the ASME B&PV Code for Nine Mile Point, Unit 2 In your letter of December 6, 1982, you stated your intention to use the Summer 1982 Addenda of the ASME B&PY Code for paragraph NF-2130 only for Nine Mile Point, Unit 2.
The use of paragraph NF-2130 of the Summer 1982 Addenda to the Code fs acceptable provided ft fs limited to the use of Certificates of Compliance as permitted by part (b) and (c) of NF-2130.
Certificates of Compliance are not permitted when Cer tfffed Material Test Reports are required fn accordance with part (a) of NF-2130.
