1 This acknowledges receipt of your letter of January 12, 1982 by which you submitted an action plan for the implementation of the requirements of 10 CFR 73.21 at your facility.
l)e have reviewed your submittal and agree with the stated actions.
- However, we recommend that the date stated in your submittal, March 22, 1982, be changed to April 15, 1982 to allow sufficient time to assure that certain equipment arrives in a timely manner.
All other actions should be implemented by the effective date stated in the rule.
