of our
findings held by Mr. S.
Hudson with Mr. T.
Roman of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during 'this inspection
are described
in the Office of Inspection
and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within
these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the
inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps
you had taken to correct the items of
noncompliance
brought to your attention in letters dated
March 29, 1977,
March 5, 1980, October 15,
1980 and October 20, 1981.
We have
no further
questions
regarding your action at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection,
no items of noncompliance
were observed.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosures
will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room unless
you notify this office,
by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit a written
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the
date of this letter.
Such application must
be consistent with the requirements
of 2.790(b)(l).
