'/P~> ( r We have reviewed your response to generic letter 81-04 regarding emerg-ency procedures and training for station blackout events.
Our review was to confirm that the subject procedures and training either currently exist or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plant.
Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be implemented at Nine Nile (Unit 1) following the 1981 Refueling Outage.
In addition, you indicated that a Station Blackout Scenario will be included as part of your 1981 Operator Requalification Simulator Pro-gram.
During verbal conversations following your written response, members of your staff indicated that training will be completed by the end of 1981.
We find your implementation commitments acceptable.
