RE(UEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE LATEST COMPLETION DATE FOR NINE MILE POINT, UNIT 2 Our processing of your request contained in your letter dated February 27, 1978, to amend your construction permit to extend the latest completion date from July 31.
1978 to December 31, 1984, was not completed due to the then Project Manager's involvement in licensing the Three Mile Island, Unit 2, facility.
In order to continue processing your request, we require you to revise your original request to reflect the changes in the construction status of your facility.
Pursuant to Section 2.109 of '10 CFR Part 2, your construction permit will.not be deemed to have expired until we have acted on your request.
