As a lesult of a recent review of the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Physical Security Plan and concerns raised by NRC Region I, we have determined that certain portions of the plan do not establish an adequate commitment to test and maintain equipment utilized to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55(d)(l).
Accordingly, you are requested to amend the physical security plan in accordance with the enclosed comment and submit the amended pages within 30 days of your receipt of this letter.
The enclosed document contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and is being withheld from public disclosure.
