Non-Destructive Examination of Flued Head Penetration Welds This will confirm the agreement reached with representatives of Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation for a meeting to discuss NDE of Flued Head Penetration Welds.
The meeting will be held at the NRC Region I office, 631 Park Avenue, King, of Prussia, Pennsylvania,,at 9:00 a.m.,
September 7, 1979.
The meeting agenda includes:
Requirements for radiography of flued head penetration welds including pre-1971 designs; exceptions to these requirements approved by S&W and results of re-tests of welds not originally radiographed.
Evaluation (for.reportability in accordance with 10 CFR 21) of problems identified at sites not requiring radiography of these welds.
