Inspection 50-220/78-11 This refers to your letter dated December 29, 1978, which provided supplemental information to your letter dated September 28, 1978 regarding planned corrective action relative to inspection findings at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 81.
We have reviewed the supplemental information regarding your decision to include certain changes to the FSAR quality Assurance Program in a general revision vice a letter revision, and your revised date for submission to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation of May 1979.
