This office has received a copy of your application notarized January 9, 1979, for review and approval of an amendment to Facility License No.
DPR-63 which would revise the Nine, Hi'fe Point Unit No.
1 Technical Specifications to delete the requirement for continuous leak rate monitoring.
The application was filed with the Office of tluclear Reactor Regulation with a January ll letter by your attorney it LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby and NacRae, and was accompanied by a Class II amendment fee of
$1,200.
He have determined from our preliminary review that the requested action falls in fee Class III ($4,000) rather than II because it involves review of a single safety issue.
You should promptly forward the addi-tional fee of $2,800 to this office.
