Contrary to Technical Specifications 6.8.1, on September 7, 1978, it was determined that the requirements of APN-15 were not adhered to in the area of "Use Records" as follows:
RESPONSE
A calibration performed with a test instrument was not logged on its use record log.
A calibration performed with a test instrument was logged on the wrong test instruments use record log.
A deadweight tester, out for calibration, used as a
standard in the performance of instrument calibrations had no use record log on file.
A deadweight tester currently in use had no entries in its use record log.
