Docket No. 50-220 DPR-63 Gentlemen:
By a December 23, 1976 letter, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission provided comments on the Mar k I Owners Group Con-tainment Program Action Plan.
In response to these
- comments, the Mar k I Owners Group directed General Electric to review the Program Action Plan and, as appropriate',
more completely describe the individual tasks.
This was discussed in detail at a Nuclear Regulatory Commission/Mark I Owners Group meeting held on February 2-4, 1977.
Subsequently, the Program Action Plan has been revised and transmitted by a letter to Mr. V. Stello of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from L. J.
Sobon of General Electric dated February 11, 1977.
This transmittal schedule was agreed to by your staff.
Niagara Mohawk has reviewed this revised Action Plan and concludes that it will generate the information necessary to complete the evaluation for Nine Mile Point Unit l.
