Document Control Desk December 27, 2016 Page2 PG&E Letter DCL-16-124 submitted to address the following editorial corrections applicable to the tables included in Appendix A of the Technical Assessment. The referenced tables provide the release point and receptor configuration information used to determine atmospheric dispersion factors.

The units of wind speed, previously incorrectly listed as meters per second, "m/sec," have been updated to reflect. the correct units of "mph" (miles per hour).

The Case No. (number) for cases 38 and 42 on page 169 of 221 were reversed, Case No. 38 was Case No. 42 and Case No. 42 was Case No. 38.

Revision 5 has corrected this error.

The editorial corrections submitted herein have been verified to have no effect on the results of the technical evaluation, the ARCON96 input files, and the proposal of the determination of no significant hazards previously transmitted in References 1, 2, 4, and 5.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.

If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Mr. Hossein Hamzehee at (805) 545-4720.

I state under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

Executed on December 27, 2016.
