Dear Sir or Madam:
Reference 1 previously provided notice to the NRC of a planned reallocation of funds between the Nuclear Decommissioning Trusts (NDTs) from Unit 2 to Unit 1 and indicated that the final amount to be transferred would be provided to the NRC. The final amount to be transferred is $678,739.59.
For tax reasons, Comanche Peak Power Company LLC expects to complete this action prior to December 31, 2016, and therefore requests NRC's acknowledgement of notice in sufficient time for its trustee to orderly process that direction.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
