November 13, 1989, Pacific Gas and Electric Company responded to Generic Letter 89-07.

In your response, you confirmed that activities required to address the issues discussed in the Generic Letter have been performed.

Therefore, the NRC staff considers your response to Generic Letter 89-07 to be satisfactory.

This completes our action on this issue and closes TAC Nos.

Your safeguards contingency procedures and their implementation may, in the future, be the subject of an NRC inspection.
