This letter refers to the inspection

conducted

by Mr. A. Mcgueen

Team Members of this office on July 6 - 10, 1992, of activities authorized

by

NRC License

Nos.

DPR-80 and DPR-82,

and to the discussion of our findings with

members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection

are described in the enclosed

inspection

report.

Within these

areas,

the inspection consisted of selective

examinations

of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with personnel,

and

observations

by the inspectors.

No violations of NRC requirements

were identified within the scope of this

inspection.

Two areas

were identified as concerns

and several

areas

were noted

for possible

improvement.

The areas

of concern are described in section

7 of

the attached

report.

These

areas will be reviewed in future routine and annua'I

exercise

inspections.

We request that you provide a response

to this report, within 30 days,

detailing corrective actions for the areas of concern identified.

In accordance

with 10 CFR 2.790(a),

a copy of this letter

and the enclosure

will be placed in the

NRC Public Document

Room.

The response

directed by

this letter is not subject to the clearance

procedures

of the Office of

Management

and Budget,

as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980,
